Sat in the Kitchen with...

Sat celebrates 25 years on Lenton Lane.

In October 2024 Sat brought in a quarter of a century on Lenton Lane. As part of the celebrations he has decided for the first time ever to host a number of guest dinners here at Restaurant Sat Bains.

These evenings will include former team members who have gone onto run and open there own very successful restaurants. Industry greats who have been a key contribution towards Sat’s story. With some close friends too, who also happen to be rather good at cooking.

We began these memorable evenings in October. Having had Gareth Ward, Tom Spencley, Harry Corder, Nathan Outlaw, Paul Ainsworth and Michel Roux jnr spending evenings with us so far.

The next dates available will be;

Daniel Clifford on the 20th of March

Angela Hartnett on the 3rd of April (Dates to be released on 6th March at 12pm)
