Dining at RSB

We offer a tasting menu which is produce and flavour driven. You’ll find a slightly different menu in each of our dining areas, each embracing the essence of the RSB dining experience.

The Menus have been… developed / tested / picked / cooked / chilled / salted / aged / frozen / beaten / whipped / poached / nitro’d / clipped / chured / cured / grown / wood-fired / roasted / seared / boiled / fermented / pickled / dehydrated

… and most importantly - TASTED!

Dietaries - We can accommodate some food intolerances and allergies providing that these don’t compromise the ethos, style, and makeup of our tasting menus and are mentioned at time of booking. If in doubt please feel free to email us before you book on info@rsb.uk.com.

Restaurant

The largest table available is for six guests, with each day’s seating plan determined on the day. The Restaurant can seat up to 28 guests. Overseen by our Restaurant Manager Innes, our passionate front-of-house team, and Sommeliers strive to give a service we call ‘relaxed professionalism’.

More Details

We can accommodate some food intolerances and allergies providing that these are mentioned at time of booking. Dietary accomodations we can make include those for vegetarian, pescetarian or gluten free diets, those who are pregnant, and those with nut or shellfish allergies (you would be recommended to bring your epi pen). However, we cannot cater to dislikes, vegan, Halal or Kosher diets, or to any dietary restrictions that we feel may compromise the ethos of our dishes within the style and makeup of our tasting menus. Tasting Room

Enjoy our new 3 course “Dinner Menu”. If you want to enjoy the RSB experience, but over a shorter time, then this is for you.

Seating three to six guests, this bench-style table with high chairs looks directly onto our Savoury kitchen in your own private dining space.

Only available on our Chefs Table & Kitchen Bench. You can choose from a specially designed menu of three starters, three mains and three desserts, perfect for those looking for a more relaxed approach to the RSB experience.

Please be advised, should you book the 5pm slot then two and a half hours are given for your table for the reservation. Over-12s only due to health and safety considerations. Please read our disclaimer before booking.

Kitchen Bench

Enjoy our new 3 course “Dinner Menu”. If you want to enjoy the RSB experience, but over a shorter time, then this is for you.

This bench with high chairs is within the main body of the pastry kitchen and seats between two and four guests. You will see service from all angles and be served by the chefs while watching them prepare food for you and our other guests.
