We close for a small Spring break in May
2 weeks in Summer and 2 weeks in Winter
We have a team of over 40 characters spread across the Kitchen / bedrooms / bar / wine / pot-wash / servers / gardeners
Who we look after like one big family
We source the best produce in the world with some of the best suppliers we can get and strive to give you the most delicious balanced tasting menu
Emphasis is on seasons / balance / texture / luxury / techniques / temperature / taste / innovation and deep rooted in modern classic gastronomy
Working with the most incredible team we can possibly gather to look after our brilliant customers. (Well at least 96% of them) 🤦🏽♂️🙏🏾🤣
